Fridge Art.

Filed under: Uncategorized — blindcopy @ 7:37 pm

We went to Dubai Mall yesterday and spent a veeeery long time at this huge bookstore – Kinokuniya. I forced myself not to check out any book, because I still have two unread books lying on my shelf. So while Alex was searching for something to read in the IT/Computer area (very exciting:/) I lingered in the area full of little things nobody really needs: hundreds of different Japanese plastic toys, beautiful Japanese wrapping paper (I kept on standing in front of that paper wall trying to think of anything I could do with the paper, but – no), little fortune cats, thousands of tiny stickers, pen cases in the shape of Converse shoes, Hello Kitty stuff en masse… Eventually I arrived at the shelf full of tiny magnets: dogs, cats, sushi, manga characters, flowers… I wanted the dogs, the sushi and the cats. But three sets of magnets for what? So the dogs had to stay. 😦 Sushi and cats are now sticking totally useless on our fridge – and I love it.

  1. Super cute. One cannot have too many fridge magnets, I say.
